Thoughts On Communication

When approached by people from the outside of the team, members must remember the 3Rs. They need to be receptive, responsive and realistic. When it comes to communicating to people who are not on the team the most important quality a team can display is unity. The more independent team members are the more difficult that can be. It is not easy to get Eagles to fly in formation. But the power of unity is incredible. If we face criticism, you must remain a strong team. When it comes down do it you spell unity – “WE.” Working together means winning together. But no team works together unless it’s communicating. It takes interaction to fuel action. That’s just the way it works.
