The attitude you choose to assume toward life will determine whether you realize your goals. What you are capable of achieving is determined by your talent and ability. What you attempt to do was determined by your motivation. How you attack an issue or problem is determined by your attitude. As a leader, your attitude has a powerful impact on others. Whether that impact is positive or negative depends on the choices you make. You have an obligation to develop a positive attitude. An attitude that inspires the people around you to achieve their goals or the teams goals. Great leaders also possess a passion for their causes. If enough people care, there isn’t a problem in this world we can’t solve. If you want to lead, that is the responsibility you must accept. You can’t fake it. If you don’t have a genuine hunger to accomplish something you will not be able to lead anyone effectively. But if you have a passion you’ll find it’s an infectious thing. You will transmit your positive attitude to others.
