What you attempt to do was determined by your motivation. How you attack an issue or problem is determined by your attitude. As a leader, your attitude has a powerful impact on others. Whether that impact is positive or negative depends on the choices you make. You have an obligation to develop a positive attitude. An attitude that inspires the people around you to achieve their goals or the teams goals. Great leaders also possess a passion for their causes. If enough people care, there isn’t a problem in this world we can’t solve. If you want to lead, that is the responsibility you must accept. You can’t fake it. If you don’t have a genuine hunger to accomplish something you will not be able to lead anyone effectively. But if you have a passion you’ll find it’s an infectious thing. You will transmit your positive attitude to others.
